StoryScreen privacy

StoryScreen is in development and is not yet available in app stores. This page records current product design commitments, not the data practices of a released app.

Imported audiobooks and listening data

StoryScreen is being designed for DRM-free audiobook files that you choose to import. The planned library and listening experience stay on your devices. The product is designed not to require an account, and nothing is uploaded without your say-so.

Captions and your choices

Captions are intended to follow the narration and be exportable as standard subtitle files that you choose where to save. Scene artwork is a visual companion to the story; the website's original sample-story preview contains no audio and does not represent a released app.

Updates before release

Supported formats, storage details, and any data sent to outside services will be confirmed here before release. If the product's design changes, this page will be updated to explain what changes and what choices you have.
